FAQs

    I love the design but need a different color. Can you make a custom piece for me?

    Yes! If there's anything in the shop that you would like to have customized, you can contact us directly and we will work out the details. There won't be extra charges for small changes such as color.

    Do you ship worldwide?

    I only ship to Canada, the UK, Ireland and Australia/New Zealand at this time.

    Is everything truly handmade?

    Most of it! I draw and create all the designs that are then cut with my laser, cricut, and die cutting machines. I also assemble all the products piece by piece to ensure everything fits seamlessly together.

    How often do you release new items?

    It depends on the time of the year. Usually about 3 months before each season, I will have new decor, cards, and gifts to choose from. If you are on our email list, you will receive our new and up coming products and a special discount to use in the shop.
