Shipping policy

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days of payment depending on the product. For custom or personalized orders, please allow 1 week for product creation and processing. Orders are shipped via USPS within the U.S and are subject to individual shipping times and pricing based off of size and weight of package. Your order will be packed carefully and with proper shipping packaging to ensure securement of the contents of the package. Once your order leaves our store, we are no longer responsible for the condition the package. If there is an issue with the package such as damage or loss, you must contact the carrier.
